Refund Policy

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only when BlitzByte fails to deliver the promised services as outlined during purchase. All other refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management.

• Refunds are not applicable for transactions below ₹150 INR; such amounts will be credited as Blitz Wallet balance, which can be used for future purchases (excluding domain registrations).
• GST charges are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy by Service Category

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once purchased:

• Blitz Storage (Refundable within 2 days, subject to conditions)

Refundable Services

The following services are eligible for refunds based on the conditions outlined below:

Shared Hosting Services & Blitz Shield

(Same refund policy applies to both services)

• Within 2 Days: 100% refund, with immediate termination of services.
• Between 3-7 Days: 75% refund, with immediate termination of services.
• After 7 Days: No refunds, but the service will remain active until the billing cycle ends.

Blitz Storage

• Refunds are available within 2 days of purchase, subject to evaluation of the request.

3. Refund Process & Charges

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase unless otherwise requested.

4. Additional Notes

• Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
• Refund Processing: The refund process may take additional time based on banking policies and third-party payment gateways.
• Service Termination: Once a refund is issued, the corresponding service will be terminated immediately.
